Tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis) is an overuse injury affecting the tendons that extend the wrist. Despite the name, most cases come from work or daily activities — not tennis. Loaded rehab is the gold standard treatment.

Common Symptoms

Pain on the outside of the elbow
Weak grip strength
Pain lifting or twisting (e.g., a kettle)
Tenderness to touch

Common Causes

Repetitive gripping or lifting
Computer mouse and keyboard overuse
Sudden increase in racquet sports
